Refund policy

Defective Items Spectro-UV will replace or credit refund any defective product if the defective product is returned to Spectro-UV, at Spectro-UV's expense and account within 30 days of receipt of the product and no longer than 90 days from shipment of the product.

Incorrect Item Shipped

Spectro-UV will replace any product that has been shipped in error if Spectro-UV is notified of the error in the shipped product within 30 days of receipt of the product and no longer than 90 days from shipment from manufacturing.

Refund, Returns, and Cancellation of Orders
It is acceptable to return and restock any unused products for an account credit refund within 30 days of receipt of the product and no longer than 90 days from shipment of the product. The buyer will be responsible for all packaging, freight, and risk of loss or damage of the returned product. Products that are factory calibrated and certified can be returned but are subject to recalibration charges, due to calibration traceability requirements. Products beyond 30 days of receipt of the product or 90 days from shipment of the product will be subject to a 20% restocking fee before account credit. The buyer will be responsible for all packaging, freight, and risk of loss or damage to the returned product. Products that are factory calibrated and certified can be returned but are subject to recalibration charges due to calibration traceability requirements over and above the restocking fee.

All returned products and packaging must be in an original condition appropriate for resale. Items not returned in original condition, including packaging and accessories, may be subject to a reconditioning fee and partial refund. All returns require a "Returned Material Authorization" available by calling our Customer Service Department. Any return not accompanied by an RMA number will not be accepted.
