XP-3000A

Kit de radiómetro/fotómetro AccuMAX (ASTM)

NEVER STOP MEASURING - Revolutionary 24+ hour continuous operation with 2-hour rapid recharge eliminates costly downtime and missed critical readings.

The AccuELITE™ is a digital radiometer/photometer used to continuously monitor UV-A and visible light intensity on high-speed or continuous production lines without interrupting measurement for battery changes. Quality control teams in high-throughput manufacturing use it where missing a reading due to power loss isn't acceptable, its 24+ hour battery life and 5-10 Hz response are built for that. The XP-3000A carries full ASTM E3022/E2297 compliance; the XP-3000 covers ASTM E2297 only.

With breakthrough 24-hour battery life and lightning-fast 5-10Hz response times, this instrument sets new standards for professional UV-A and visible light measurement.

What is the AccuELITE™ used for?

It's a digital radiometer/photometer used to measure UV-A and visible light intensity from inspection lamps, confirming they're producing sufficient output for fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspection.

Who uses the AccuELITE?

Quality control teams on high-speed or continuous production lines who can't afford a measurement gap, its 24+ hour battery life and 5-10 Hz response are built for round-the-clock industrial operations rather than occasional spot-checks.

What's the difference between the XP-3000 and XP-3000A?

Both share the same measurement ranges, battery life, and response speed. The XP-3000A carries full ASTM E3022 and ASTM E2297 compliance; the standard XP-3000 is ASTM E2297 only.

How often does my UV radiometer need to be recalibrated, and what happens if it's past due?  Most NDT specifications (including ASTM E1417 and ASTM E1444) require UV radiometers to be calibrated at a defined interval, typically every six months, unless your governing spec or customer requirements state otherwise. A meter that is past its calibration due date should be taken out of service and recalibrated before it is used for acceptance readings, even if it hasn't been used while in storage.

Does my radiometer come with a calibration certificate, and is it NIST-traceable or ISO/IEC 17025 accredited?  Yes. Every new Spectro-UV radiometer ships with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate tied to the unit's serial number.
