TRI-365HC

Tritan™ Blacklight LED Inspection Lamp - HC Model

The TRI-365HC is a corded, high-intensity UV-A inspection lamp (8,000 µW/cm²) used for fluorescent inspection where higher output is needed but only ASTM E3022 compliance is required. It's a step up in intensity from the SBLC without the full multi-standard certification.

Tritan™ 365 Series Ultraviolet UV Blacklight LED Inspection Lamp is Spectro-UV's signature inspection lamps are used around the world for reliable inspections. Our Tritan UV Blacklight LED lamp features three hi-flux UV-A (365nm) LEDs for fluorescent inspection, plus a convenient white light LED to locate surface flaws and illuminate dark work areas. Their broad-beam configuration provides an extremely wide coverage area. Compact head design allows access into areas inaccessible to larger UV Blacklight LED inspection lamp.

What is the TRITAN™ 365 Series used for? It's Spectro-UV's line of broad-beam, compact-head UV-A inspection lamps used to reveal cracks, flaws, and contamination through fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspection.

Who uses TRITAN lamps? NDT and manufacturing QC teams who need a wide, even beam and a small lamp head to reach tight spaces larger lamps can't access.

How is the series organized? TRITAN comes in standard-intensity, high-intensity, and fully compliant configurations, with both AC-powered and battery-operated models, so you can match the lamp to the job's intensity and compliance requirements.

What is the TRI-365HC used for? It's a corded, high-intensity UV-A inspection lamp (8,000 µW/cm²) used for fluorescent inspection work that needs higher output, with ASTM E3022 compliance only.

Who uses it? Inspectors who need more brightness than the SBLC provides but don't require full multi-standard (ISO, AIRBUS, Pratt & Whitney) certification.

Is this lamp compliant for aerospace work? It meets ASTM E3022 only, not ISO 3059, RRES 90061, AIRBUS AITM6, or Pratt & Whitney. For full compliance, the TRI-365SBLC is the right choice.
