Trade-in Offer Claim Procedure & Terms:

1. Trade-in offer available for purchases made from January 26, 2026 to May 31st, 2026.
2. Purchase either an AccuELITE radiometer or AccuMAX radiometer directly from Spectro-UV (the manufacture) and be located in the United States or Canada.
3. Trade-in unit must be a UV Radiometer/Photometer (any brand) in working or non-working condition (excluding physical damage).
   

   ACCEPTED:

   • Doesn’t power on.
   • Readings are inaccurate.
   • Minor scratches, scuffs, or wear.

   REJECTED:

   • Hazardous Damage: Unit is crushed, melted, cracked, burned, or has severe corrosion/leaking batteries.
   • Non-UV Device / Fraud: Clearly not a UV radiometer (e.g., a multimeter, a flashlight).
   • Irreparable Sensor Damage: The core sensor window/lens is shattered, punctured, or missing.
4. Request Your Quote: Complete the official "Get a Trade-In Quote Now" form, providing all requested details about your current radiometer.
5. Receive Your RMA & Invoice: Spectro-UV Customer Service will review your request and email you a formal sales order invoice. This invoice will include your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for the promotion.
6. Prepare Your Shipment
   • Package your trade-in UV radiometer (any brand)
   • Enclose a printed copy of the sales order invoice (purchase orders cannot be accepted) inside the package
   • Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package
7. SHIP your Trade-In:
   • Affix appropriate postage and mail your package to the address below.
   • Important Deadline: Your package must be postmarked and received by Spectro-UV within 30 days of receiving your RMA invoice.

   Mail in trade-in Radiometer and a copy of your sales order receipt to:

8. Receive Your New Radiometer: After we receive and inspect your trade-in unit, we will promptly ship your Spectro-UV Radiometer to the address listed on your order.
